Veterinarium
The Agricultural University of Georgia Clinic - Veterinarium
The Agricultural University of Georgia Clinic - Veterinarium operates on the Kakha Bendukidze Campus. The clinic offers a range of services in line with international standards, including consulting on animal care, scheduled vaccinations and antiparasitic treatments, precise diagnosis of animal diseases, therapeutic services, surgery, daily and exhibition grooming, and dentistry, among others.
Additionally, the Veterinarium serves an educational purpose by hosting laboratory and practical classes for students enrolled in the integrated master's and certificate programs in veterinary medicine at the Agricultural University of Georgia.
The programs at School of Veterinary Medicine include practical studies at Veterinarium, where students can develop the necessary skills for a veterinarian in a real working environment. During the training practice, students are divided into small groups, and each group is assigned a training practice coordinator. This coordinator, an employee of the veterinary clinic, supervises the students' practical activities.
