Ana Kumsishvili, Chief Veterinarian and Head of the Therapy Department at Veterinarium, has successfully completed the internationally accredited Oncology Program at the European School of Advanced Veterinary Studies (ESAVS) in Luxembourg.
Ana Kumsishvili is the first veterinarian from Georgia to complete an accredited ESAVS training course 🥺This became possible through the financial support of the Agricultural University of Georgia.
ESAVS-certified and master’s programs provide cutting-edge education in clinical veterinary disciplines. The training is based on intensive theoretical and practical sessions, examinations, and a problem-oriented approach. Programs are organized in collaboration with leading universities and clinics across approximately 20 countries in Europe.
ESAVS programs are accredited by the ATF (Akademie für tierärztliche Fortbildung), which operates under the Federal Chamber of Veterinarians of Germany (Bundestierärztekammer – BTK). This accreditation aligns with the requirements of the Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE, USA), the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS, UK), and the Veterinary Council of Ireland (VCI).
